![]() I was asked to try the drive again and it did not work when I was talking on the phone with the person, they said they could not do any thing becasue I was out of warranty but I asked to talk to a manager or someone higher about all my problems with the MacBook and see if I could get a new unit and he said yes and put me on wait but when I was on wait I tried out the drive again and it worked again. ![]() Was told to shutdown and disconnect the AC Adapter and remove the computer's battery after that I had to press and hold down the power button for 5 seconds(I did 10 seconds) and then release the button, then reconnect the battery and AC Adapter and to restart the system. Holding down the Command(Apple), Option, P, and R and then hold the Power button simultaneously, and told me to do that 3 times and wait for 3 loud buzzing (or some odd sound I can't describe).Īlso Resetting System Management Controller (SMC) ![]() Like I said I was having problems with the drive called AppleCare they told me to do some things I already done they included. ![]()
